General Policies
Summary of BDACT House Policies:
No ticket refunds.
In the unlikely event that BDACT cancels a performance an alternative performance may be scheduled.
The BDACT Fine Arts Center is entirely smoke-free.
Under Wisconsin Act 35, BDACT prohibits anyone with conceal carry permits from entering the building with weapons. All visitors are subject to reasonable search and enforcement, and anyone found in violation will be asked to secure the weapon inside their vehicle or leave the property immediately.
BDACT reserves the right to ask any individual to leave if his or her behavior is deemed by BDACT as disruptive.
Lobby opens 30 minutes before curtain. Please arrive in time to be seated before curtain.
Recording devices are generally prohibited due to copyright. Turn off all electronic devices that may make noise and disrupt a performance.
Be aware that productions may use strobes, smoke producing devices, and props and special effects that resemble weapons.
BDACT encourages families to enjoy performances together; however, in consideration of other ticket holders, unless specified, most performances are not suitable for infants and toddlers, and all persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Please direct questions regarding the age appropriateness of a performance for your child to the Managing Director at (920) 885-6891.
